Brick Gin is all about the essentials. Creators Benjamin Trommler and Sascha Hagemann use just three botanicals give this gin its flavor: juniper, lemon and cubeb pepper, and all three botanicals are used according to ecological standard and are bio-certified.
Taste: Juniper, freshly squeezed lemon juice. Lingering taste of herbs and black pepper to finish.
