Tasting notes

The nose presents gooseberries, grapefruit, with hints of apricot and nectarine peach. Flavours of granadillas and citrus surprises on the palate accompanied by a creamy palate following through towards the end.

The wine has good texture with an all-round balance.

Food pairing

Sustainable seafood, free range chicken dishes or zucchini fries.

Being organic means bees can thrive on the wine farms where these

practices are adhered to.
